Before we can use the property for the new school (Which will be free for the
neediest Children in the area) we will need to fix problems with the
structure of the house. We need to raise approximately 5,000 reais. Fix
bathrooms and make place secure for children. I started the work but unable
to complete without more finance. As you can see I am doing alot of the work
myself to save money. But to finish the work quickly I will need a bricklayer. Also a thorough treatment for
termites. We are renting the property for 500 reais per month, which is a low
price but if anyone would like to help with paying the rent, that would be
great help....we have already spent alot putting in a new water tank in the
house and fixing plumbing. At the moment we have about 25 children already
enrolled in the school. We need to complete quickly for the school to start.

Algumas fotos do imóvel que está alugando - Antes de podermos usar a propriedade para a escola (Que será gratuita para os crianças carente na área) que vai precisar para corrigir problemas com a estrutura da casa. Precisamos levantar aproximadamente 5.000 reais. Consertar banheiros e dar lugar seguro para as crianças. Comecei o trabalho, mas não conseguiu concluir, sem mais financiamento. Como você pode ver eu estou fazendo um monte de o trabalho sozinho para economizar dinheiro. Mas para terminar o trabalho rapidamente vou precisar de um pedreiro. Também um tratamento completo para os cupins. Estamos alugando o imóvel por 500 reais por mês, o que é um preço baixo, mas se alguém quiser ajudar com o pagamento do aluguel, que seria grande ajuda .... nós já colocando um novo caixa de Agua no casa e encanamento de fixação. No momento temos cerca de 25 crianças matriculadas na escola. Precisamos completar rapidamente para a escola para começar. |

This is where the old water tank used to be - alot of water

enjoy!

The taps in the showers didn’t work well and once again the
water was leaking through the walls! So I had to replace it.

As you can see we need to do alot of retiling
in the bathrooms. This is just one part!
